Please read these terms carefully before using the PolarClean platform. By continuing, you acknowledge your understanding and agreement.

Acceptance of terms: By accessing or using PolarClean, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Service scope: We coordinate cleaning services with independent professionals. Specific tasks and expected duration are described per service.

Pricing & taxes: Rates are hourly unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST/HST/PST is calculated by province and shown at checkout.

Cancellations: Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment without fee. Short-notice changes may incur a fee.

Liability: We maintain appropriate coverage; however, liability is limited as permitted by law.

User obligations: Provide safe access to the premises and accurate booking details.

These Terms apply within Canada. Provincial or territorial consumer protection laws may grant you additional rights. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in effect.
